If payment fails, your website will also go offline. If you later decide you want to own the website outright, you can buy it with a one-time buyout quote.
Refunds: monthly fees are generally non-refundable, including partial months after cancellation. One-time build fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except for amounts covering work not yet performed.
