  • Payment information: handled directly by Stripe. We receive limited details such as subscription status, billing dates, and the last digits and brand of your card. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Technical information: standard server and log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote
  • To build, host, maintain, and support your website
  • To process subscription payments and manage billing
  • To keep a record that you accepted our Terms and Privacy Policy
  • To send service-related messages such as billing notices and outage or maintenance updates
  • To protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and to comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

  • Stripe, for payment processing and subscription billing
  • Our hosting, database, storage, and email infrastructure providers, who process data on our behalf
  • Domain registrars and DNS providers when we set up your domain
  • Professional advisors, or authorities, where required by law or to protect legal rights

These providers have their own privacy policies. Some may process or store data outside your country.

This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed for the site and the owner login to work. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

5. How long we keep information

We keep contact messages, project files, and billing records for as long as needed to provide the services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Terms acceptance records are kept for as long as they may be needed as proof of agreement. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
